MEMBER INFORMATION TEXT

This User Information Text (“ Information Text ”) has been prepared by Billur Mobilya Day. Tük. Mal. San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“ Company ”) for the purpose of fulfilling our information obligation stipulated within the scope of the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“ LPPD ”) for our valued users.

1. Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

In accordance with the KVKK, the Company is referred to as the “Data Controller” and as our Member, your personal data is collected and processed by the Company for the following purposes and legal reasons, based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK.

Based on the legal reason that it is clearly prescribed by law and is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations;

• Fulfilling the requests of official institutions,
• Providing information to authorized institutions based on legislation,
• Ensuring compliance with the storage obligations stipulated in the legislation,
• Ensuring that Personal Data is kept accurate and up-to-date,
• Responding to relevant person applications in accordance with the legislation and carrying out the necessary procedures.

Based on the legal reason that the processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract;

• Establishment of the contract,
• Carrying out the purchasing processes of goods / services
• Carrying out After-Sales Support Services for Goods/Services
• Execution of Goods / Services Sales Processes
• Execution of Goods / Services Production and Operation Processes
• Carrying out logistics activities

• Ensuring that the obligations within the scope of the contractual relationship are duly fulfilled,

Based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right;

• Monitoring and execution of legal affairs

• Making financial control and risk management reports and making legal notifications
• Storing personal data for the general statute of limitations in order to constitute evidence in possible disputes that may arise in the future.

 

Based on the legal reason that data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person;

2. Your Personal Data Processed and Our Collection Method

In accordance with the KVKK, the Company is referred to as the “Data Controller” and your identity, communication, customer transaction, transaction security and marketing data are collected electronically by automatic or non-automatic means through the filling of the membership registration form by the Company based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the KVKK for the above-mentioned purposes and legal reasons.

Personal Data Category	Explanation
Identity Data	We collect and process your identity data such as name, surname, date of birth, tax identification number in order to carry out sales, delivery, accounting and financial transactions.
Contact Data	In order to communicate with you, we request and process your contact information such as address and telephone number.
Customer Transaction Information	We process order-related information, including the product(s) purchased, purchase amount and purchase date.
Marketing Data	We process your shopping history, cookie records, and information obtained through campaign work.
Transaction Security Data	We process your IP address, website login and logout information.
Your Legal Process Information	If available, information in correspondence with authorized persons, institutions and organizations, information in case and enforcement files, and information regarding legal information requests may be processed.
Other	Your payment method information is being processed. (Since payments are made on the Site via the Iyzico infrastructure, your bank/card information is not processed by the Company.) Your membership account information (your member name, follow-up list, product comments) is processed.

 

3. Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to (i) third parties from whom support is received in areas such as storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting, program, cloud computing), security, in line with the purpose or purposes specified in the section titled “Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data” of this Disclosure Text, in order to fulfill our legal obligations and for the legitimate interests of our Company, (ii) to business partners, consultancy firms from which support is received in the fields of accounting and law and to companies providing logistics services, (iv) to our business partners and Group Companies in case of a business requirement for the effective management of offer processes within the scope of business development, (v) to the courts within the scope of our legal obligations upon request and to public institutions and organizations if requested within the framework of lawful requests and decisions, (vi) in case of a dispute, your personal data may be transferred to our lawyers in order to exercise our right of defense, (vii) to the relevant official institutions in order to fulfill our legal obligations.

 

4. Your Rights Under KVKK

 

You can always exercise your rights below, within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, regarding the processing and use of your personal data by applying to the Company.

• Request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to a result that is to your detriment as a result of your processed data being analyzed exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Your personal data is stored with great care by the Company by providing technical infrastructure in accordance with information security standards and procedures. In accordance with this article, you can send your requests regarding your rights to our Company address at Bozcaali Mah. Şht. Yzb. Temel Kuğuoğlu Bulv. No:67/A Görele/Giresun, by preparing them in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, via notary or registered mail.
